YOU'RE WELCOME HERE

The Heirloom Collective Vision

Create intentional spaces for dignity, agency, and intergenerational connection.

Housing access and social networks are at the heart of what we do. We're building cohousing developments offering space for former foster care youth and single seniors to live together, support each other, and create community where community has historically been missing.

In partnership with Housing for Hope, we are building the first Heirloom Community in Mesa, Arizona:

  • Land has been allocated and preliminary designs and zoning work have been completed.

  • We are actively pursuing multiple government and private construction funding paths

  • We are raising $100k to start early operations and $150k to launch our pilot program.

This is a community effort and we’re engaging you, our community, to help fund our initial efforts.

Breaking Ground on Mesa’s First

Our Journey

Housing is vital. But housing alone does not solve root causes of generational trauma and need for social services. We’ve invested in building a better way - a path to dignity, agency and connection.

Join us to invest in prevention, and help us build a way to live and thrive together.

Winter 2022-23

An Idea Was Born

Heirloom founder, Sidnee Peck, explored many existing models for dignified and supportive housing for foster youth. She was inspired by the power of intergenerational living, and the Heirloom “village” concept was born.

Early 2023

Heirloom Launch

Heirloom Communities launched by Peck, a former foster care parent and entrepreneur, with a little serendipity and an invaluable partnership with Housing for Hope Founder, Steve Capobres.

2024

Initial Fundraise

With a lot of learning and tons of support from the Arizona community, Heirloom is launching a $250k raise - unlocking a path to full construction funding and near-term support.

Winter 2024

Pilot Launch

Heirloom's first program, Life Concierge™ will be available to support and connect young adults and single seniors who are isolated and need a village.

Summer 2025

Groundbreaking

With your support, construction kicks off on our first location, offering housing, community, and services to former foster care youth and seniors.
